We are a new small business owned and operated by a dynamic husband and wife team. Our primary repair service expert and founder, Richard, has a degree in electrical engineering and has over 20 years of experience working in the field of electronics. Throughout his engineering career, Richard has always been looked up to by his peers as the go-to troubleshooting expert to figure out the toughest technological challenges. Richard specializes in micro-soldering and utilizes the most state of the art equipment to repair a wide variety of small personal electronics. His skilled hands are steady and precise like that of a surgeon, which is how we come to know him today as the "Tech Surgeon". He truly has a passion for technology. Because of his engineering background, Richard is able to use his trained analytical thinking to disassemble damaged devices and pinpoint the source of the problem. He is able to specialize his repair services instead of merely swapping out parts.
